The file contains a copy of a pamphlet entitled 'Training Teachers for the Commonwealth' which is a report issued by the Department of Education and Science and the Ministry of Overseas Development. The pamphlet is a report on the first five years of the Commonwealth Teacher Training Bursary Scheme 1960- 1965. The file also contains a rough draft of the pamphlet and correspondence relating to the writing of the pamphlet including letters from the Senior Lecturer in Overseas Education the Department of Education and Science.
