Biographical history

Charlotte MacGregor Bell was a nurse at DRI in the early 20th century. She was the second wife of the depositor's uncle, Captain Robert Dawson, and step mother to his cousin Eva Dawson of Edinburgh

Archival history

Posted to the University Archives from Bill McClure, North Berwick. Mr McClure came across the certificate whilst winding up Miss Dawson's estate.
