David Robert Robertson (1870-1949) was a Dundee jute merchant, botanist, antiquarian and mountaineer. He was a keen churchman with a great knowledge of the Highlands and a talent for sketching

Illustrations of the flora of Forfarshire and of the Natural Method of Arrangement. After the style of the Herbaria prepared by William Gardiner of Dundee 1915; reprints mainly relating to botany in Perthshire 1875-1933
