Ltd, Forfar, Daniel Buchanan & Sons Ltd, Prestonpans, Don & Low Ltd, Arbroath, William Smith [Dundee] 1939 Ltd, Moffat & Son Ltd, Forfar, Stiven, McPherson & Thomson Ltd, Dundee, Alexander Henderson & Sons Ltd, Dundee, Wallace Works [Manufacturing Wholesalers] Ltd, Dundee, The Dundee Calendering Co. Ltd, T. Gaunt [Rainwear] Ltd, Forfar. In 1982 Don Brothers, Buist became a PLC, and in 1983-1984 purchased Tay Textiles Ltd, Don & Low [Packaging] Ltd, Don & Low PLC. In 1986 Don Brothers, Buist PLC was bought over by Shell UK Ltd, a company wholly owned by Royal Dutch Petroleum Co. By then Don & Low and Tay Textiles were the only subsidiaries.
