A typewritten agenda of a meeting of the chapter at Laleham Abbey sent to the Dundee Community of sisters. It lists who were present and contains three agendas. The first agenda relates to Sister Magdalene,s release from the Community and another sister be given Temporary Vows. The second agenda was a vote giving another sister her Temporary Vows.The third agenda relates to the Mother wanting tighter regulations regarding the visits paid by guests to sisters in their rooms. She will now only allow these visits on Sundays and Major Feast Days, when silence rules are relaxed. This does not apply to the sick room. She also mentions the sister who will receive the best nurse award from Sunbury Rotary Club.

Letter from Laleham Abbey to SS Mary from Sister Mary Phillipa. Sends her sympathy to the sister in Dundee as her sister in Fife has had a stroke. Sister Mary has just returned from her rest in the Lake District and is staying in Altrincham before moving on to North Wales. She reports on a sister who is ill and asks after everyone in the Dundee Community.

Letter from Laleham Abbey to SS Mary from Sister Mary Phillipa. She has enclosed the ordos and the "saints". She hopes that the sister enjoyed her stay at Sunnybrae. A sister, from Woking, has visited the Abbey Bakery and Father Nicholson has given a talk on the History of Christianity.

Letter from Laleham Abbey to SS Mary. Mary Phillipa talks of Father Walls and the Roslin Fraternity. A Mrs Courtnry has died at the age of 91 and the Abbey held a requiem. She tells of Sister Marianna resting at Sunnybrae which is mentioned in other letters as a retreat for their order.

Letter from Laleham Abbey to SS Mary. Mary Phillipe had to call on the services of a breakdown truck when her car broke down. Father Yocochi wrote to thank her for his visits to Dundee and Sunnybraes. Several different coloured paper fish fell out. She also talks about the Donkeys at St George's.
