Translation by Dr Alexander Müller (of Davy-Faraday Laboratory), of paper by Walter Heitler and Fritz London: A Quantum-Mechanics explanation of the relations of neutral atoms and of homopolar bonds. Originally published in Zeitschrift für Physik, 44 (1927) p.455. This formed the basis of a series of seminars Iball gave to the workers at the Davy-Faraday Laboratory, 1932-1933; duplicated manuscript.

Damon Runyon Memorial Fund Cancer Research Fellowship

Letter to John Iball from Damon Runyon Memorial Fund For Cancer Research Inc. enclosing application forms for a Damon Runyon Memorial Fund Cancer Research Fellowship for one of John's students. Letter explains that complete instructions regarding the fellowship are in the brochure and on the instruction sheet that were enclosed with the letter. The letter also states that it is not the policy of the fund to support non-United States citizens who wish to study in a country other than the United States and the fund offers support to people of a foreign nationality who wish to study in the United States.
