There are letters from the University of St Andrews to the members of Club 66 and one to Dr Alistair Forrester from Elaine Cartwright, University of St Andrews Alumni Relations Officer, regarding the plans and important information for the reunion, including an invitation pack. Dcouments include a programme, menu, newsletter, invoices and bank statement.
There are reply slips from Club 66 members to Dr Alistair Forrester. There are letters and emails from members to Dr Alistair Forrester with queries about the reunion. There are also emails between Dr Alistair Forrester, Dr John Haworth, Dr John McEwan and Dr Ken Ingles about the organisation of the reunion and the events planned in conjunction with the University of St Andrews.
A small binder of documents relating to the organisation of the Club 66 36 reunion, created by Dr John McEwan, the club archivist. The binder includes programmes for the symposium on 8th September 2001, guest lists, newsletter, emails, response slips, letters, invoices from St Andrews Bay. There is also an article, "From Brooklyn to Dundee" by Michael Gordon, one pf the members of Club 66.

Contents include reply forms, detailing what members are attending the reunion, 27th-28th September 1996, and speaking at the Symposium, 28th September 1996. There are also letters from members to mainly Alistair Forrester, but also, John McEwen and John Mills. Letters contain information about the members lives, or ask questions about the reunion. Certain letters discuss payments from members. There are letters between organisersw John Mcewen and John Haworth in regards to the newsletter and organisation of the reunions.
Organisational plans includes the letter and enquiry form which the correspondence is replying to. There is a booklet which contains a list of members, their addresses and other personal information. It also includes the menu plan and seating plan for the Club 66 10 year reunion dinner on 4th September 1976 at the Queens Hotel, this includes letters from the Queens Hotel. There are 2 small newspapers clippings that describe the event.
Letters from members of Club 66 to Alistair Forrester in response to a letter from him and Harry Leadbitter about plans for a 10 year reunion 3rd-5th September 1976. Letters discuss the lives of the members and their whereabouts. There is also correspondance from after the event expressing thanks for the reunion and a wish for another one to be arranged soon.
