Organisational plans includes the letter and enquiry form which the correspondence is replying to. There is a booklet which contains a list of members, their addresses and other personal information. It also includes the menu plan and seating plan for the Club 66 10 year reunion dinner on 4th September 1976 at the Queens Hotel, this includes letters from the Queens Hotel.
