Concerns an Indian author interested in the Neill way of teaching who wishes to visit the school and hopes to start similar schools in India after the war. Also mentions that he has sent a draft of the International Exchange Schools plan to a friend in the Belgian Government.

Criticises him for arranging with Weingraf about the catalogue and the financial arrangements regarding the photographs. Suggests moving to another house nearer London because of the troubles with the house and the authorities. Also concerns letter from Dartington Hall on the co-ordination of the free-schools emphasising Neill's tremendous achievements. Also relates to introduction of his scheme of international exchange schools to several governments of the Allied Nations who promised help.
