Translation and disposition by Sir John Weymes of Bogie

Translation and disposition by Sir John Weymes of Bogie in favour of Captain David Kyninmonthe, brother to Patrick Kyninmonthe of that Ilk, of an obligation granted David Symsone of Smystoun, burgess of Dysert to Robert Bruce, 'minister of godis word at the kirk of ballingrie', on behalf of Christine Seytoun, daughter of the deceased Michaell Seytoun in Lauchestoun in 1648 and subsequently disponed to Sir John Weymes.

Three letters from W. C. Stauke (in London) to James Dalyell (in Enghien Montmorency)

He describes his journey from Paris. Says he was in Jersey and that it was not a very exciting place. His third letter says that he had to leave his boarding in Jersey very quickly (this is why his last letter ended so abruptly) because the building was going to be seized by the landlord because of threat of fraud
